Cooling Off Period:
• Customers within the UK have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen (14) days after delivery, known as the cooling off period.
Refund Terms:
• If a customer chooses to withdraw within the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period or due to an error on our behalf, we will refund the cost of the item only.
• Original postage and packing costs will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using tracked postage and retaining proof of postage until the return is confirmed.
Return Requirements:
• All returns must be accompanied by a packing note in the box, providing the following information:
• Customer name
• Customer address
• Customer order number
• Stock list of items being returned
• Reason for the return

Condition of Returned Items:
• All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with no damage to the item or packaging to qualify for a return under the 14-day cooling-off period.

• Items deemed opened or used will not be accepted for return.
